Axio Consulting Group makes day-to-day plan investment responsibilities manageable by acting as either an ERISA 3(21) Investment Adviser or 3(38) Investment Manager. As an Investment Fiduciary, Axio is designed to manage all responsibilities associated with retirement plan investments.
Properly fulfilling fiduciary duties associated with a retirement plan can be time consuming and complex. Axio's partnership approach provides both Advisors and Sponsors with the guidance necessary to navigate any fiduciary issues they may face.
As a 3(21) Co-Fiduciary, we provide an investment policy statement template, guidance with respect to asset classes, and a list of approved investment options. The Plan Sponsor retains the final decision-making authority.
As a 3(38) Fiduciary, we take full discretionary authority to make investment decisions within the plan, relieving the plan sponsor and other plan fiduciaries from responsibilities associated with the investment decisions.
